Renegade was foaled June 29, 1996. He was sired by Tostenson’s Rowdy, NASDHA #F2-S-Premium and out of Pecos Julie, NASDHA #F11-M-Premium. He is registered as a premium stallion with The North American Spotted Draft Horse Association and is of Percheron breeding. His Warmblood looks and athletic build make an awesome cross on light mares!
    

“Rene” stands 16.1H and is a quiet, well-mannered stallion and an easy breeder. He is always hand bred for his safety  as well as the mare’s. We have had Rene gene tested by Shelterwood Laboratories in Texas, and his markers show positive for the homozygous tobiano pattern and black gene. He will throw color to any mare he breeds to, including solids. The resulting foals will have the tobiano pattern and be black, bay, or a combination called tri-color.
